In my years of practice, I've worked in various treatment settings including residential, school-based, hospital, and outpatient. One of the many things I learned through my gained experience is that therapy should be accessible to everyone!

In 2020, I founded Rise Counseling, LLC, with a commitment to individualized care and the understanding that there's no one-size-fits-all solution to healing.

My primary goal is to establish a trusting relationship with each client, fostering collaboration and effectiveness. Creating a safe space and providing support are paramount as we navigate your healing journey, equipping you with the tools and resources you need to overcome life's obstacles.
